Snow Happenings

February 17-24, 2025 Presidents Day and School Break


This weekly bulletin includes practice and race information for teams, as well as weekly hours, snowmaking and trail conditions, and upcoming event information. For more detailed information, including a full event calendar, weather conditions, detailed trail grooming conditions, and trail pass purchases, please visit the Oak Hill website.


Hours of operation:  Welcome Center and Rentals available 8:00-4:00. Silver Fox Trail lights will be on from 4:30-8:00pm. Grooming times vary.


Expected trail conditions:  

    - Silver Fox Trail: Cold, Firm, Packed Powder. Skate and Classic

    - Garipay/Golf Course: Groomed Packed Powder, Natural

    - Upper Oak Hill Trails: Groomed Packed Powder, Natural


Practice schedules:  

Ford Sayre will be generally Off for regular practice this week

Hanover and Lebanon High School Intermittent Practice

Dartmouth Ski Team Tue 2:00-3:30 Wed 8:45-10:15 2:45-4:30 Thurs 2:45-4:00

Fri 2:45-4:00 Sun 9:00-11:00


When snow conditions limit skiing to the snowmaking loops, after-school and practice hours are busy. Skiers looking for space or solitude may want to avoid these peak hours. 


Race and community events

     President’s Day and School Vacation Week Feb 17-21 

     Welcome EMXC visiting for a club race camp. Days and times vary thru the week      

     Wednesday Race Night 6:00p, Skate Race

     Saturday 2/22 Oarsome Classic Nordic Race 10:00a Skate 11:00a Classic, Golf Course
